The cost is $55.  After you fill out the form below, you will be taken to a page where you can pay online (or you may drop your payment in the offering plate - payable to BUMC with "Altar Flowers" in the "for" line.)

The * denotes the first Sunday of each month.

Traditionally, the bulletin notice will read as follows:

“The Altar Flowers are given by ___________________
in honor (or in memory of)_______________________.”

If you wish it to read otherwise, please let us know in the "Questions or Comments" field below.

Please note that since we usually celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of each month, there will be a vase of flowers on the pedestal or in the Narthex on those dates. If you should have a special request for a certain type or color of flower, we will make every attempt to comply. Please call me with any questions or concerns. If you would like to donate your flower arrangement after the 11:00 Sunday service you select, please call me at the end of the week before your flowers are displayed, and we will make arrangements for your flowers to be taken to a shut-in or someone in need of remembrance or cheer. Thank you for adding to the service with your living gift of flowers….
