George
Reyes joined the staff of Birmingham UMC in August 2006 as our
Manager of Facilities and Security. George was born and raised
in Puerto Rico. George came to the United States in 1979. He
graduated from Rice High School in 1984 and then attended Iona
College where he studied Business Management. Following that he
joined the New York City Police Department in 1986. After 20
years of service he retired and moved to Atlanta in 2006. George
has been married for 20 years and has four children. George is
happy to be working here at Birmingham UMC.
